Protean Launches Employee AI Capability Program

Protean eGov Technologies on Jan. 29, 2026 launched "Future Force AI," an employee capability transformation to embed AI across roles, functions and workflows. The company ran a full-day Experiential AI Learning Lab engaging over 700 employees (90% of staff) and recording more than 6,000 man-hours, focusing on prompt engineering, workflow automation, and applied capstone projects. The program aims to institutionalize AI-first operating models and organizational readiness.
