Oceans Finds Candidate Videos Mimicked by AI

Outsourcing firm Oceans asked job candidates to submit a video answering their most controversial workplace conviction and received more than 300 responses. Chief experience officer Matt Wallaert said many answers followed the same structure and appeared generated by artificial intelligence, suggesting applicants failed to share genuine personal beliefs and raising hiring authenticity concerns.
