Infobip Predicts Shift To Agent-to-Person Messaging

Infobip, marking its 20th anniversary on Feb. 4, 2026, forecasts a shift from application-to-person messaging to agent-to-person interactions and predicts a fully autonomous agent-to-agent future by 2030.
