India Elevates Youth Preparation For National Leadership

Over the last decade, India has mobilised its youth into public life through political youth organisations and national initiatives under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, including Skill India, Startup India, Digital India and AI-focused programs. The article argues mobilisation has succeeded but now requires deeper, systematic preparation—skills, discipline, AI literacy and civic understanding—to convert energy into long-term leadership and institutional responsibility.
