IBM Reports Strong Fourth-Quarter Results, Raises Forecast

IBM reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter results on Wednesday, with adjusted EPS of $4.52 versus $4.32 expected and revenue of $19.69 billion versus $19.23 billion expected. CEO Arvind Krishna said IBM's generative AI book of business exceeded $12.5 billion; the company expects full-year revenue growth to exceed 5%, free cash flow to rise about $1 billion after $14.7 billion in 2025, and declared a $1.68 per-share dividend.
