Goose Integrates Qwen3-coder For Local Coding

ZDNet demonstrates combining Block's Goose agent framework, Ollama LLM server, and Qwen3-coder:30b to create a local, free coding agent, detailing installation and configuration steps. The hands-on March/2026 test required a powerful machine (M4 Max with 128GB RAM) and a 17GB model, and showed functional results but repeated retries and accuracy issues.
