More than 800 Google employees have signed an internal petition urging the company to refuse cloud contracts with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Customs and Border Protection, Business Insider reported this week. Signatories cite concerns about deportations, family separations and surveillance, while the demand clashes with Google Cloud's commercial ambitions after reporting $43.8 billion in 2024 revenue.
