Google Adds Answer Now To Gemini

Google is rolling out an "Answer now" button in its Gemini app to speed replies from the higher-latency Pro and Thinking models. The feature skips extended chain-of-thought processing while keeping the selected high-tier model, displaying a "Skipping in-depth thinking" message. Google deploys the change across Android, iOS, and the web for free and paid users, alongside newly detailed daily limits for those models.
