Fractal Analytics Prices IPO At INR 857–900

Fractal Analytics set its IPO price band at INR 857–900 per share, opening February 9 and closing February 11. The pricing values the enterprise AI firm at about INR 15,480 crore (≈$1.7bn); its RHP targets up to INR 2,833.9 crore, with a fresh issue of INR 1,023.54 crore and an offer-for-sale of INR 1,810.4 crore. Proceeds will support R&D, the Fractal Alpha incubator, debt repayment and a new India office.
