Fenergo Survey Reveals APAC Compliance Automation Gap

Fenergo recently surveyed 110 risk, financial crime and compliance professionals across Singapore, Malaysia and Australia and found 66% still rely on manual workflows. The study reports 54% face recurring KYC delays and 45% elevated false positives, while 54% investigate AI and only 34% have begun rollouts, implying firms should prioritize data quality and human-in-the-loop automation.
