Databricks Brings Generative AI To AWS GovCloud

Databricks announced today that key generative AI features and data intelligence capabilities are now available in AWS GovCloud (US), enabling U.S. government and regulated organizations to use services within FedRAMP High and DoD IL5 environments. The launch includes AI/BI Genie, Databricks One, Databricks Assistant, Data Science Agent, and Databricks-native access to Anthropic’s Claude Sonnet 4.5 via the Foundation Model API, plus serverless compute previews to support secure, governed AI deployments.
