Coty Adopts ChatGPT Enterprise Across Company

Coty announced Monday it has entered a strategic partnership with OpenAI to integrate ChatGPT Enterprise across its business, giving employees access to the model for daily work. The company said AI will act as an “efficiency enhancer” for creativity and strategic thinking and has launched an international upskilling program to support responsible employee use. Coty intends the rollout to boost productivity while retaining human oversight.
