Cohere Reports $240 Million Annual Recurring Revenue

Cohere told investors in a February memo, viewed by CNBC, that it reached roughly $240 million in annual recurring revenue last year and sustained more than 50% quarter-over-quarter growth throughout 2025. The Toronto startup, valued near $7 billion, reported ~70% gross margins and said it will expand in Europe and build out its North AI agent platform in 2026. CEO Aidan Gomez signaled a potential public debut soon.
