Cloudflare Deploys Moltbot With Moltworker Edge

Cloudflare today released Moltworker, an open-source implementation that runs Moltbot—a self-hosted personal AI agent—on Cloudflare’s Developer Platform, removing the need for dedicated local hardware. Moltworker uses Workers plus isolated Sandboxes with R2 for persistent state and integrates AI Gateway, Browser Rendering, and Zero Trust Access to handle models, browser automation, and authentication. Cloudflare positions the project as a proof-of-concept on GitHub.
