Cadence Posts Earnings Beat Raises Outlook

Cadence Design Systems reported fiscal fourth-quarter 2025 adjusted EPS of $1.99 and revenue of $1.44 billion on Tuesday after the bell, beating LSEG estimates of $1.91 and $1.42 billion and sending its stock up over 6% on Wednesday. CEO Anirudh Devgan said roughly 45% of revenue now comes from 'system companies' building custom chips, and the company forecast fiscal-year revenue of $5.9–$6.0 billion.
