Apple canceled plans for a unified AI "Health+" service, Bloomberg's Mark Gurman reported, after an internal reorganization in recent weeks. Eddy Cue, now overseeing health, judged the package insufficiently competitive, prompting Apple to fragment features and integrate them into the existing Health app. Some training videos and personalized recommendations may appear early this year, while longer-term health chat functionality is slated for Siri-LLM integration.
