Anthropic Uses Claude To Generate Nearly All Code

Anthropic said at Cisco’s AI Summit (Feb 2026) that it now uses Claude to generate nearly 100% of its internal code, up from an earlier estimate of about 90%, chief product officer Mike Krieger said. Krieger added the company routinely produces 2,000–3,000-line AI-generated pull requests and has built verification scaffolds so humans oversee final outputs, raising job-impact concerns.
