Andhra Pradesh Accelerates Investment Decisions And Infrastructure Buildout

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu used the World Economic Forum in Davos on Jan. 22, 2026, to pitch the state as India's next investment destination, saying the government has shifted from easing procedures to accelerating decision-making with real-time clearances. He outlined a cluster-based development plan including 175 MSME parks, 20 ports and 20 airports, and promoted household and governance AI adoption to fast-track growth.
