Amazon Launches Health AI For One Medical

Amazon on Wednesday launched Health AI, an artificial intelligence health-care assistant for members of its One Medical primary-care chain, using Bedrock LLMs to answer questions and provide personalized advice based on medical records, lab results and current medications; it can also assist with medication management and book appointments. Amazon said the tool is not for diagnosis, is programmed to escalate concerns, and began testing last spring.
